Background
The Maryland Department of Natural Resources is issuing a solicitation for the design and construction of a pole building at the Wicomico Demonstration Forest, located at 6095 Sixty Foot Road, Parsonsburg, MD 21849. Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and insurance necessary to design and build a 32’ x 64’ x 16’ pole building. The scope includes:
- Design and construction of the pole building structure.
- Site preparation including grading and foundation work.
- Installation of utilities as required.
- Compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
- Provision of necessary insurance coverage including building risk.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to be completed within 90 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed.
