Background
The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) is issuing this Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP) under the Radio Communications 2018 Master Contract (#060B7400088).
The goal of this contract is to procure Motorola radios and associated equipment for the Light Rail Car Maintenance facility in Baltimore, MD. Only Master Contractors awarded under the specified master contract are eligible to submit bids.

Additionally, the contractor must provide installation, repair, and preventative maintenance services as specified in Functional Area IV.

Period of Performance
The delivery due date for all items is set for March 7, 2025, with proposals due by February 3, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the MTA Light Rail – Rail Car Maintenance facility located at 344 W. North Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21217.
