Background
The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) is issuing this Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP) under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Software Master Contract. The goal of this contract is to acquire PEER software licenses and related services to support MTA's file server infrastructure, which has experienced rapid growth in storage needs. The selected contractor will provide necessary software and services to ensure the infrastructure remains operational and high-availability (HA). Only Master Contractors awarded under the COTS Software Master Contract #060B2490021 are eligible to submit bids.

Work Details
The contract involves the provision of the following products and services:

1. **COTS Software Licenses**:
- **PeerGFS Data Center (5 year subscription license incl. Gold Support)**: 2 licenses (Product Code: PGSDATG-5Y), due by 12/31/2024.
- **Storage Pack (101+TB) (5 year subscription license)**: 1000 licenses (Product Code: PGSTB4-5Y), due by 12/31/2024.
- **PeerSync - Migration edition - Monthly Rental License**: 60 licenses (Product Code: PSMEUL-SM), due by 12/31/2024.

2. **Installation and Training Services**:
- Remote installation assistance for a total of 80 hours, provided in blocks of 8 hours each, starting on or after 12/31/2024 and ending on 09/30/2027.

3. **Manufacturer's Software Warranty / Maintenance**:
- Technical Account Manager services for a duration of five years starting from 12/31/2024.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the software licenses is five years, with specific deliverables due by December 31, 2024. Installation services will commence upon approval and are expected to be completed by September 30, 2027.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Maryland Transit Administration Office of Information Technology located at 7390 Baltimore Annapolis Blvd, Glen Burnie, MD 21060.
