Background
The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) is issuing this Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP) for the renewal of IBM Informix and SPSS software licenses.
This solicitation is limited to Master Contractors who have been awarded a contract under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS) Master Contract #060B2490021.
