Description

DPSCS has a need to renew our existing Pexip Licenses. One-Year Licenses. Term: 07/01/2025-06/30/2026.
Background
The Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (DPSCS) has a need to renew existing Pexip Licenses as part of their mission to enhance communication and collaboration within the agency.
The goal of this contract is to secure one-year licenses for the Pexip software, which facilitates virtual meetings and supports various functionalities essential for the agency's operations.

Work Details
The contract includes the following products and services:
1. **Pexip Infinity Virtual Meeting Software Platform – Room (VMR) License**: 1 license (PEX3-VMR-12) enabling the creation, management, and use of up to 500 Virtual Meeting Rooms (VMRs).
2. **Pexip Infinity Software Platform – Capacity License**: 50 licenses (PEX2-Capacity-12), required per concurrent user/participant/device connected, supporting video, audio, and content sharing up to 1080p.
3. **Pexip Infinity Software Platform – Audio License**: 15 licenses (PEX6-AUDIO-12) for audio sharing-only configurations on the management node.
4. **Pexip Infinity Platform License**: 1 license (PEX1-Base Platform) which includes a single Management Node and unlimited Conferencing and Proxying Edge nodes with software upgrades for the subscription term.
5. **Pexip Gold Partner Tier 3 Escalation Support**: 50 licenses (PEX10-CORE-12) for escalation support providing first-line support to end users.
6. **Pexip Gold Partner Tier 3 Escalation Support - Audio**: 15 licenses (PEX11-CORE-AUDIO-12) for audio escalation support for Gold partners.
7. **Microsoft Connect Essentials for Teams**: 5 licenses (6103-0501) facilitating interoperability with Microsoft Teams including SIP device provisioning/management.
8. **Google Connect Essentials**: 5 licenses (6104-0501) facilitating interoperability with Google services including SIP device provisioning/management.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for performance is at 1201 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208.

Bidder Requirements
This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement limited to certified small business vendors as defined by State Finance and Procurement Article, §§14-501—14-505, Annotated Code of Maryland.
Bidders must be current Master Contractors under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012), contract number 060B2490021, and must submit a Letter of Authorization from the manufacturer with their bid.
