P567102 - Millersville Park Site Development

Background
The contract is issued by the Capital Construction (CAP) division for the development of Millersville Park. The goal of this project is to enhance the park facilities and infrastructure, aligning with the agency's mission to provide quality recreational spaces for the community.

Work Details
The work includes the following major items:

1. Mobilization / demobilization / general conditions;
2. Field survey, construction stakeout, as-builts;
3. Clearing and grubbing, earthwork operations, erosion and sediment control (ESC), site demolition;
4. Stormwater management (SWM) facilities, storm drain installation, and landscaping;
5. Construction of athletic fields;
6. Installation of an irrigation well;
7. Development of an irrigation system, water distribution network, and water storage tank;
8. Installation of electrical systems and parking lot lighting;
9. Paving works;
10. Provision of site furnishings, pavilions, and fencing;
11. Construction of a playground with safety surfacing.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from September 22, 2025 to November 18, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will take place at Millersville Park in Anne Arundel County.
