Ourwaater Program -Communication And Outreach Support Services

Background
Anne Arundel County, Maryland is seeking professional communications support services for the County's OurWaater Outreach Program from qualified firms. The goal of this contract is to enhance public engagement and outreach efforts related to the OurWaater program, which focuses on groundwater quality and community awareness.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a range of services including:

1) Public Engagement & Outreach: Conduct meetings with the DPW Customer Relations Team, develop a public relations approach, organize pop-up events, and facilitate community meetings.

2) Website & Social Media: Modify existing content and develop new content for the OurWaater website, create social media posts, and manage media outreach.

3) Public Contact & Comment Management: Manage comments received through various channels and track public participation.

4) Educational Videos & Content: Develop educational videos on groundwater quality topics. The contract will operate as a Task Order Agreement with tasks issued as needed throughout the term.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to begin on November 1, 2026, and may be renewed for up to five additional one-year periods at the discretion of Anne Arundel County.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed primarily in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, including various community locations for outreach events.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be registered with the State Department of Assessments and Taxation in Maryland and in good standing. Additionally, they must provide Commercial General Liability Insurance, Business Automobile Liability Insurance, Workers’ Compensation Insurance, and Professional Liability Insurance as specified in the RFP.
