Online Program Management Services

Background
Bowie State University, located in Bowie, Maryland, is seeking a qualified firm to provide online program management services. The goal of this contract is to design, develop, implement, market, grow, and manage the university's online degree and certificate programs. This initiative aims to enhance the university's offerings and increase enrollment in its online programs.

Work Details
The selected contractor will be responsible for the following services:
1. Design and development of online degree and certificate programs.
2. Implementation of marketing strategies to promote these programs.
3. Recruitment and enrollment management for prospective students.
4. Ongoing management and growth strategies for the online programs to ensure sustainability and success.

Period of Performance
The contract will be for a term of five (5) years with two (2) one-year renewal options available at the discretion of Bowie State University.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily at Bowie State University located at 14000 Jericho Park Road, Bowie, Maryland 20715.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all applicable Federal and State laws regarding non-discrimination. Additionally, bidders are required to submit various affirmations including but not limited to:
- Procurement Affirmation regarding bribery convictions
- Non-Collusion Affirmation
- Financial Disclosure Affirmation
- Political Contribution Disclosure Affirmation
- Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace certification
- Certification of Corporation Registration and Tax Payment.
