On-Call Plumbing Services & Backflow Preventer Inspection & Testing

Background
The City of Hagerstown is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to qualified, licensed plumbing firms that have experience in providing repairs and services for City-owned buildings, facilities, and sites.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the effective inspection and testing of backflow preventers as part of the city's maintenance and safety protocols.

Work Details
The selected contractors will be responsible for providing on-call plumbing services which include but are not limited to: repairs and maintenance of plumbing systems in City-owned buildings, facilities, and sites; inspection and testing of backflow preventers to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Contractors must demonstrate their qualifications and experience in these areas.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and will continue until the completion of services as specified in the proposal, with an expected duration that aligns with the needs of the City.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various City-owned buildings, facilities, and sites located within Hagerstown.
