Ngo-419-25 Theatrical Lighting, Sound, Rigging Installations

Background
The Board of Education of Baltimore County is seeking bids for theatrical lighting, sound, and rigging installations for Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS).
The goal of this contract is to enhance the educational environment by providing necessary technical systems across approximately 200 schools and offices.
This initiative aligns with the agency's mission to engage, empower, and excel in educational services.

Work Details
Contractors will be required to furnish labor, equipment, materials, supervision, tools, and all related incidentals necessary to install, repair, maintain, and/or upgrade theatrical lighting, sound, and rigging systems.
The work will take place at various locations within the Baltimore County Public Schools system.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to continue through the completion of all installations and upgrades as specified in the solicitation documents.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various locations throughout Baltimore County Public Schools (approximately 200 schools and offices).

Bidder Requirements
Bidders are encouraged to achieve a minimum of 15% participation from Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and/or Small Business Enterprises (SBE) as part of their proposal.
Certified MBE and SBE firms are particularly encouraged to respond.
Bidders must include relevant minority and small business enterprise materials with their proposals; failure to do so may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.
