VOIP system for new Berlin Barracks
Background
The Maryland State Police is seeking a VOIP system for the new Berlin Barracks. The solicitation is issued under the PBX IV Telecommunications Equipment and Services Master Contract, and only Master Contractors awarded under this contract are eligible to submit proposals for this secondary competition Purchase Order Request for Proposal (PORFP). The proposals must be submitted through the State's eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) e-Procurement system.

Work Details
The solicitation includes three functional areas: FA I (Hardware, Software, and Licenses), FA II (Maintenance Services), and FA III (Time and Material Labor). The specific requirements include providing a list of required equipment and model numbers, maintenance services, time and material labor details, and installation tasks such as configuring and installing SV9100 at MD State Police Berlin Barrack, programming CCIS links and call routing, setting up voice mailboxes, providing help desk support after cutover, system administration and end-user training, among others.
The winning vendor is also required to provide an updated equipment inventory listing for the sites in the award.

Period of Performance
The due date for proposal submission is 4/1/2024 @2:00 PM. The estimated start date for work is 7/1/2024 with an estimated end date to be determined. The winning vendor is expected to provide post-cutover support during the 30-day acceptance period.

Place of Performance
The equipment must be delivered to Maryland State Police Berlin Barrack at 9758 Ocean Gateway, Berlin, MD 21811. Security requirements include conforming to the security requirements set forth at each State Police facility and adhering to State of Maryland COVID-19 policies and procedures.
