Mva Largo Branch Renovation

Background
The Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the renovation of the Largo Branch Office. The goal of this contract is to procure services for site upgrades, repairs, and renovations to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the facility. This includes significant interior and exterior improvements.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for renovations that include site upgrades and repairs of up to 50% of the existing interior spaces. Specific tasks include:

- Electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work
- Upgrades to the building envelope including a new roof membrane, accessories, and metal work
- Installation of new rooftop mechanical equipment
- Creation of new openings
- Masonry infill
- Storefront systems
- New/repaired Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS)

The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations affecting construction projects.

Period of Performance
The estimated period of performance for this contract is 18 months from the Notice to Proceed (NTP).

The work will be performed at the MVA Largo Branch located at 10251 Central Avenue, Largo, MD 20774.
