Description

Howard County intends to procure the services of a Contractor for the installation of approximately 3,900 linear feet of 6-inch, 8-inch, 12-inch, and 14-inch water distribution main loop along Samuel Morse Drive,
Columbia Gateway Corporate Center and Mission Road in Howard County, including crossing Interstate Highway I-95 inside an existing pipe/casing, a new pressure zone division valve, new fire hydrants, traffic control, surface restoration, soil erosion and sediment control plan requirements, and all other miscellaneous appurtenances and incidental work as shown on the contract drawings.

Each bid shall be accompanied by an electronic copy of a bid bond OR certified check, in the amount of 5% of the total bid, made payable to the “Director of Finance, Howard County”.
