Microsoft Software Training

Background
The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) is seeking a qualified training provider to deliver Microsoft Software Training. This initiative is part of WSSC's commitment to professional development, aiming to enhance employee proficiency in Microsoft applications and related tools. The goal is to increase operational efficiency and productivity across the organization. The training will also support collaboration among departments, improve data management capabilities, and reduce reliance on IT Helpdesk resources.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide customized computer training programs that include approximately 40 Microsoft Software-related classes per year. Each class will have an average size of 16 participants, with larger town hall sessions accommodating up to 100 attendees. The vendor is responsible for delivering the training, providing course materials, and supplying attendance reports at the conclusion of each session to ensure accurate tracking and documentation of participation. Training topics may include Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and related productivity tools.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a three-year base term with one optional two-year extension.

Place of Performance
Training sessions will be conducted at WSSC facilities located in Maryland.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must be listed as a Microsoft Learning Partner with at least 'Silver' status and have a minimum of five years of experience providing instructor-led or virtual training services in Microsoft Office applications.
