Media Campaign - Communication and Marketing Agency

Background
The Anne Arundel County Office of the County Executive, Office of Equity and Human Rights (OEHR) is seeking a qualified Communication and Marketing Agency to develop and implement a public-facing media and communications campaign. This initiative is part of the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr. Hate Crimes grant funding aimed at raising awareness among County residents regarding the increasing incidents of hate bias.

The goal is to effectively communicate the importance of addressing hate crimes in the community.

Work Details
The selected agency will be responsible for formulating and executing a comprehensive media and communications campaign that targets all County residents. This includes developing messaging strategies, creating promotional materials, utilizing various media channels (such as social media, print, and broadcast), and engaging with community stakeholders to foster awareness about hate bias incidents.

The agency must provide services that are economically viable while ensuring high-quality outreach efforts.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to be effective for five years starting on or about January 1, 2025, with an option for one additional five-year renewal at the discretion of Anne Arundel County.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
