Background
St. Mary’s College of Maryland, designated as the National Honors College, is an independent public institution in the liberal arts tradition. The College promotes scholarship and creativity by challenging students to achieve academic excellence through various activities.

The goal of this contract is to construct ADA-compliant ramps at each entrance to Prince Georges Hall, ensuring accessibility and compliance with the American Disabilities Act.

Work Details
The contractor is required to construct ADA-compliant ramp(s) at each entrance to Prince Georges Hall as detailed in the attached ADA Ramp Drawings. The work must be performed without restricting emergency egress from the buildings and must comply with the American Disabilities Act, section 28 CFR 35.151.

Additionally, there are add/alternate items that include furnishing and installing ADA-Compliant Doors at the front, side, and rear entrances.

Period of Performance
All construction tasks must be completed by April 30, 2025.
