Master Contract RFP No. OPS-24-027-AN Bus Facilities & Support Services Ancillary - Repairs, Maintenance, & Minor Construction

Background
The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) is issuing this Master Contract RFP No. OPS-24-027-AN for Bus Facilities & Support Services Ancillary – Repairs, Maintenance, and Minor Construction. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary services for miscellaneous construction, repairs, and maintenance work at various locations agency-wide.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for furnishing services necessary for miscellaneous construction, repairs, and maintenance work. Specific tasks may include but are not limited to:

- Minor construction projects
- Routine maintenance of facilities
- Emergency repair services as required by the MTA.

The exact nature of the work will be determined through Task Orders issued under this Master Contract.

Period of Performance
The contract duration is five (5) years with the possibility of two (2) extensions not exceeding three hundred and four (304) calendar days each, totaling a potential extension of six hundred and eight (608) calendar days.

Place of Performance
Work will primarily take place in and around MDOT MTA buildings and rider/service platforms. Specific locations will be established per Task Order.
