Background
The Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (DPSCS) is seeking maintenance services for critical software systems used in managing access control and session management on their IBM mainframe. The contract aims to ensure the continued functionality and support of Top Secret, Librarian, TLM, and Solve software products, which are essential for maintaining secure operations within the agency's IT infrastructure.

Work Details
The contractor will provide maintenance services for the following products:
1. Top Secret for z/OS (License Code: TSSMIP002) - 161 MIPS
2. SOLVE: Access Session Management (License Code: SLACZM002) - 161 MIPS
3. TLMS Tape Management (License Code: TLMBSM002) - 161 MIPS
4. AllFusion Librarian Base (License Code: LIBBAS002) - 161 MIPS

All licenses are valid from September 27, 2025, to September 26, 2026. The contractor must also provide annual maintenance support as specified in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a one-year term from September 27, 2025, to September 26, 2026.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services located at 6776 Reisterstown Road, Suite 209, Baltimore, Maryland.

Bidder Requirements
Only current Master Contractors awarded a contract under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012) are eligible to submit bids. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for Broadcom and provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) if requested. Bids must include a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
