MAA Construction Management Software MAA-IT-24001

Background
The Maryland Aviation Administration (MAA) is seeking a cloud-based Construction Management Software (CMS) solution to effectively manage construction documents and workflow processes for projects at Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI) and Martin State Airport (MTN).
The goal of this contract is to enhance the efficiency and transparency of construction project management within these facilities.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a comprehensive CMS that includes functionalities for managing construction documents, tracking workflow processes, and facilitating communication among stakeholders involved in construction projects.
Specific requirements include:
- Document management capabilities to store, retrieve, and share construction-related documents securely.
- Workflow automation features to streamline project approvals and notifications.
- Reporting tools to generate insights on project progress and compliance.
- User-friendly interface for ease of access by various stakeholders including contractors, subcontractors, and MAA personnel.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 12 months from the date of award, with an option for renewal based on performance evaluations.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily at Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI) and Martin State Airport (MTN), with potential remote support as needed.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with the State Minority Business Enterprise Law and provide certifications regarding commercial nondiscrimination.
Additionally, bidders must demonstrate experience in providing similar CMS solutions in the past five years and submit references from previous clients.
