Bidders must comply with several requirements including: submission of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), completion of a Site Visit Response Form if attending site visits, and adherence to Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goals as applicable.
Bidders must also be registered with the State Department of Assessments and Taxation (SDAT) and not listed on any debarment lists. Additionally, bidders are required to provide performance bonds equal to 100% of the total bid price.
