Background
The Maryland Department of Health (MDH) Office of Enterprise Technology (OET) is seeking a vendor to provide a 1-year CBT Nuggets subscription for 78 total licensed users. This contract is a renewal of an existing subscription aimed at enhancing the training and development capabilities within the department.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a 1-year CBT Nuggets subscription for 78 licensed users. The subscription includes access to all software/software as a service (SaaS) listed in Attachment I Contract Bid Form.

The Department reserves the right to purchase more or less than the specified quantity based on funding availability. The contractor must deliver all products no later than April 6, 2025, to the designated agency point of contact. Additionally, bidders must demonstrate authorization to distribute CBT Nuggets products in Maryland by submitting a Letter of Authorization (LOA) with their bid.

Period of Performance
The initial service period is one (1) year, with an option for an additional one (1) year at the discretion of the Department.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Maryland Department of Health, Office of Enterprise Technology, Medicaid Information Technology Support, located at 201 West Preston Street, Baltimore, MD 21201.
