Background
The M&T Bank Stadium Renovations Project Package 21 is focused on North Plaza Signage work at the stadium. Gilbane Building Company serves as the Construction Manager for this project, inviting interested Trade Contractors to participate in the bidding process.

Work Details
The specific work to be completed under this contract includes the installation of 32F North East Synthetic Turf as part of the North Plaza Signage renovations. Additional details and requirements will be provided to invited/pre-qualified trade contractors through Bid Supplement via Procore Bidding.

Period of Performance
The bids for this project are due on February 18, 2026, by 2:00 PM. Requests for Information (RFI) must be submitted by February 10, 2026, by 4:00 PM.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must prequalify online at https://compass-app.com prior to submitting their bid. The project has an overall MBE subcontract participation goal of 35%, with subgoals of 8% for African American and 11% for Woman Owned businesses. MBEs must be certified by the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) to count towards these goals. The project also includes prevailing wages and requires completion of MBE forms provided in the Procore Bidding Plan Room with all bid proposals.
