Background
Howard County, Maryland is seeking to procure the services of a construction firm for the replacement of all major process and mechanical equipment, as well as the Motor Control Center (MCC-14) at the existing grit removal facility located at the Little Patuxent Water Reclamation Plant (LPWRP).
