Background
The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) on behalf of the Government Relations and Public Affairs Division (GRPA) to provide graphic design services on an as-needed basis. The AOC exclusively accepts Bids and Proposals through its Procurement Portal at www.mdcourts.gov/procurementportal. The contract term will be for a period of one (1) year after the date of contract execution with the AOC retaining the sole right to exercise four (4) one-year renewal options at its discretion. Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Veteran-owned Small Business Enterprises (VSBE) are encouraged to respond to this Request for Proposals.

Work Details
The scope of work includes providing graphic design services on an as-needed basis for the Government Relations and Public Affairs Division (GRPA). Offerors may provide comments and suggestions regarding this solicitation by utilizing the Intent to Bid under the Submission section of the solicitation.
The Contract resulting from this RFP shall be based on Indefinite Quantity, with indefinite number of services for fixed unit pricing. Offerors shall be responsible for all goods and/or services and requirements set forth in this RFP including the contract performance of any subcontractor participation.

Period of Performance
The contract term will be for a period of one (1) year after the date of contract execution with the AOC retaining the sole right to exercise four (4) one-year renewal options at its discretion.
