Background
The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) issues this Invitation for Bids (IFB) on behalf of the District Court of Maryland to perform phased construction to renovate District Court space to create a third courtroom at the Cecil County District Court located in Elkton, Maryland.

The contract term will be from the date of contract execution until project completion or 07/01/2025, whichever is sooner.
