Background
The Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum (JPPM) is seeking contractors to repair and restore historic hardscaping at various locations within the park. The specific areas for restoration include the Administration Office, Gazebo, Smoke House, Facility Management Office, Facility Management Shop, Tobacco Barns 1-7, ESP Paint Shop, Exhibit Services Program, Breckinridge Education Offices and related buildings, Visitor's Center, Pavilion, King's Reach House and Garage, Overlook Barn and Tobacco Barn 3, Asbury House and related buildings, Metal Machine Shed 2, Exhibit Building, Beverly House and related buildings, MD Archaeology Conservation Lab, Patterson Main House and related buildings, Gardener's House, Green House, Gross Main House and related buildings.
The project requires contractors to provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and services for the restoration.
