This project consists of the furnishing all labor, overhead, equipment, materials, incidentals, and services necessary (JPPM will furnish paper products and supplies at individuals locations) to repair and restore historic hardscaping as defined in specifications (JPPM PATTERSON GARDENS RESTORATION - HARDSCAPING) at Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum (JPPM).Contractors may utilize their standard bid form, but please include this filled in and signed IFB. In addition, the contractor will submit:--Bid/Proposal Affidavit.--Conflict of Interest Affidavit and Disclosure.--Licenses or certifications.--Company's certificates of insurance.--Acknowledgement of receipt of any amendment(s) to this IFB.JPPM will regard any bids from contractors without the required paperwork, received after the due date, or received without the completed IFB as non responsive. Contractors may mail, fax, or e-mail their bid. Bids must be received by the bid due date.
