1. DocuSign Enterprise - 31,992 licenses with FedRAMP-Envelope, term from June 13, 2026, to June 12, 2027.
2. Enterprise Premier Support with FedRAMP - 1 unit, term from June 13, 2026, to June 12, 2027.
3. DocuSign Connector for Salesforce - 14 units, term from June 13, 2026, to June 12, 2027.

Additionally, installation and training services may be included but cannot exceed 49% of the total PORFP value. The Master Contractor must also provide warranty and maintenance services as specified in the solicitation.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be certified small businesses registered in eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA). They must submit a Letter of Authorization (LOA) with their bid if they are a current Master Contractor under the COTS contract. The Master Contractor must also be an authorized reseller for DocuSign and include a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with their bid.
