- DIV 07 – Roofing
- DIV 09 – Gypsum Board Assemblies
- DIV 09 – Tiling
- DIV 09 – Flooring
- DIV 09 – Painting
- DIV 10 – Toilet and Bath Accessories
- DIV 10 – Lockers
- DIV 21 – Sprinkler
- DIV 22 – Plumbing and HVAC
- DIV 26 – Electrical.
This project requires compliance with prevailing wage rates.
Period of Performance
The contract performance period will be defined in the bid submission process, with bids due at 12:00 PM on June 16, 2025.
Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Baltimore Convention Center, located at 1 W Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21201.
Bidder Requirements
All bidders must prequalify online at TradeTapp before submitting a bid.
