ITB - Maryland Stadium Authority - GMP #1 Baltimore Convention Center Capital Improvements

Background
The Maryland Stadium Authority is overseeing the renovation of critical infrastructure at the Baltimore Convention Center, located at 1 W Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21201.
The goal of this project is to modernize facilities including data centers, security offices, IT rooms, bathrooms, and employee spaces.

Clark Construction Group invites Trade Contractors to bid on the following packages:
- DIV 02 – Selective Demolition
- DIV 03 – Concrete
- DIV 05 – Miscellaneous Metals
- DIV 06 – Millwork
- DIV 07 – Roofing
- DIV 09 – Gypsum Board Assemblies
- DIV 09 – Tiling
- DIV 09 – Flooring
- DIV 09 – Painting
- DIV 10 – Toilet and Bath Accessories
- DIV 10 – Lockers
- DIV 21 – Sprinkler
- DIV 22 – Plumbing and HVAC
- DIV 26 – Electrical.
This project requires compliance with prevailing wage rates.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period will be defined in the bid submission process, with bids due at 12:00 PM on June 16, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Baltimore Convention Center, located at 1 W Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21201.

Bidder Requirements
All bidders must prequalify online at TradeTapp before submitting a bid.
The project has a goal of 30% MBE participation, with subgoals of 8% for African-American and 11% for Woman-Owned Businesses.
Only MDOT-certified MBEs will count toward this goal.
