Description

The M&T Bank Stadium Renovations Project Package 12 is an early release package for the renovation work at the stadium. Gilbane Building Company, in its role as Construction Manager, invites interested Trade Contractors to bid on the following bid packages:02V Demolition09Q Painting09V Drywall/Ceilings21V Sprinkler23V HVAC/Plumbing26V Electrical/Fire Alarm
Background
The M&T Bank Stadium Renovations Project Package 12 is an early release package for renovation work at the stadium.
The project is managed by Gilbane Building Company, acting as the Construction Manager.
The goal of this contract is to facilitate various renovation tasks to enhance the stadium's infrastructure and facilities.

Work Details
The following bid packages are available for interested Trade Contractors:
- 02V Demolition
- 09Q Painting
- 09V Drywall/Ceilings
- 21V Sprinkler
- 23V HVAC/Plumbing
- 26V Electrical/Fire Alarm.
Bidders must prequalify online prior to submitting their bids.
Additional information will be provided to invited/pre-qualified trade contractors via Bid Supplement through SmartBid.

Period of Performance
The bids are due on November 8, 2024, by no later than 2:00pm.
Requests for Information (RFI) are due by October 18, 2024, by no later than 5:00pm.
