Background
The County Commissioners of Charles County are seeking bids for the construction of Phase 1 of Sub cell 4b at Charles County’s Landfill No.2. Small, Local, and Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received when such a waiver is in the best interest of Charles County.
