Background
The Oriole Park at Camden Yards Renovations Project Package 6 is being managed by Gilbane Building Company in collaboration with Warren Builds. The project focuses on significant renovations including the Main Concourse Restroom Renovations, Upper Concourse Restroom Renovations, MEP Equipment Replacement, and improvements to Club Corridor/Suites.

The renovations are scheduled to commence in late 2026 and continue throughout the offseason of 2027.

The contract involves various construction packages for trade contractors, specifically:
- GMP 6-05A: Structural Steel/Misc Metals
- GMP 6-08A: Doors, Frames, & Hardware
- GMP 6-08B: Glass & Glazing
- GMP 6-09A: Drywall/Ceilings
- GMP 6-21A: Fire Sprinkler
- GMP 6-23A: Mechanical/Plumbing
- GMP 6-26A: Electrical/Fire Alarm/Lighting Control
- GMP 6-27A: AV/Audio
- GMP 6-27B: Tele/Data.

All bidders must prequalify online before submitting their bids.

Period of Performance
The work is scheduled to begin in late 2026 and will continue through the offseason of 2027.

The contract will be performed at Oriole Park at Camden Yards, Baltimore, MD.

Bidder Requirements
This project has a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) subcontract participation goal of 32%, with specific subgoals of 8% for African American-owned businesses and 11% for Woman-owned businesses. MBEs must be certified by the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) to count towards this goal. All contractors must comply with prevailing wage requirements.
