Period of Performance
The work is scheduled to begin in July 2025 and continue through the off-season in November 2025. It is to be completed prior to the start of the March 2026 season.

The contract will be performed at Oriole Park at Camden Yards located in Baltimore, MD.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must prequalify online at https://compass-app.com prior to submitting their bid. The project has an overall MBE subcontract participation goal of 32%, with specific subgoals of 8% for African American businesses and 11% for Woman Owned businesses.

MBEs must be certified by the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) to count towards these goals. MBE forms must be completed and submitted with all bid proposals.
