Installation of Play Equipment, Exercise Equipment and Site Amenities

Background
The Montgomery County Department of Parks, part of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC), is seeking qualified contractors for the installation of new play equipment, exercise equipment, and site amenities in various parks across Montgomery County, Maryland.

The goal of this contract is to enhance recreational facilities on an as-needed basis.

Work Details
The work under this contract includes the installation of new play equipment, exercise equipment, and site amenities. Projects may involve the following tasks:
- Demolition and removal of existing play apparatus
- Grading
- Edging
- Surfacing
- Fencing installation
- Stormwater management measures
- Other associated work.

The Commission plans to establish multiple Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Multiple-Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs) as a result of this solicitation.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will be determined based on individual task orders issued under the MATOCs.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed in various parks located in Montgomery County, Maryland.
