Information Technology IT Systems, Operations, Maintenance, and Support

Background
The Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) is issuing a CATS+ Task Order Request for Proposals (TORFP) on behalf of the State Highway Administration (SHA) Office of Information Technology (OIT) to procure IT systems operations, maintenance, and support services. The TORFP is issued to acquire the services of twenty-five resources, including network engineers and helpdesk specialists, to provide support for SHA's IT infrastructure and associated technologies.

Work Details
The TORFP requires the provision of various IT services, including network management, helpdesk support, infrastructure development, and technical support. The TORFP outlines specific responsibilities and tasks for different personnel categories such as network engineers and helpdesk specialists. Period of Performance
The contract has a three-year base period with two one-year option periods, commencing from the Notice to Proceed (NTP) Effective Date.
