A current Master Contractor under the named contract may submit an LOA with their bid to be considered for the award.
Background
The Maryland Department of Human Services (MDThink) is issuing a Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP) under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012) Master Contract. This solicitation is limited to Master Contractors who have been awarded a contract under the COTS 2012, specifically contract number 060B2490021. The goal of this contract is to procure software and related services from authorized vendors to support the agency's operational needs.

Work Details
The contract encompasses three functional areas:

FA I - COTS Software
FA II - Installation and Training Services
FA III - Manufacturer's Software Maintenance

Specific products to be provided include:
1. United States Regional Geo Coding Cleansing: 30 licenses, annual subscription, Part Number: 0000022116-0000 (Term: 7/25/2025 – 7/24/2026).
2. United States Premium Address Cleansing: 30 licenses, annual subscription, Part Number: 0000017625-0000 (Term: 7/25/2025 – 7/24/2026).
3. Additional MDM Data Domain Multi-core Multi-OS Production Premium Success Maintenance: Qty - 1, Part Number: 0000010670-0057.
4. Consolidated Medicare Citizen consolidated per record Production Premium Success Maintenance: Qty - 5500, Part Number: 0000020722-0057.
5. Informatica MDM Business Named User Production Premium Success Maintenance: Qty - 10, Part Number: 0000022196-0057.
6. Informatica MDM Limited Named User Production Premium Success Maintenance: Qty - 50, Part Number: 0000022197-0057.
7. Big Data Management per Node Production Premium Success Maintenance: Qty - 30, Part Number: 0000022078-0057.
8. Big Data Persistent Masking per Node Production Premium Success Maintenance: Qty - 10, Part Number: 0000022441-0057.
9. Informatica BPM Option for MDM and MDM Product 360 Production Premium Success Maintenance: Qty - 1, Part Number: 0000022209-0057.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from July 25, 2025 to July 24, 2026.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Maryland Department of Human Services located at 849 International Drive, Linthicum Heights, MD 20190.

Bidder Requirements
Only Master Contractors that are awarded a contract under the COTS Software Master Contract are eligible to submit bids. Bidders must provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from Informatica Inc., include a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP), and ensure that proposed software is virus-free.
