Improvements to Burnap Parking Lot

Background
The City of Hagerstown, Maryland, is issuing a contract for the Improvements to Burnap Parking Lot under Contract No. 25-BPL-04.
The project aims to enhance the parking lot's functionality and safety, aligning with the city's mission to maintain and improve public infrastructure.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
- Maintenance of traffic
- Erosion sediment control
- Clearing and grubbing
- Excavation and backfill
- Hauling and stockpiling of material
- Saw cutting of existing bituminous concrete
- Placement of HMA bituminous concrete
- Installation of concrete curb, curb & gutter, and sidewalk
- Installation of stormwater management facilities
- Installation of storm drain structures and pipes
- Landscaping including topsoil, seed, and mulch.
All labor, materials, time, and appurtenances required to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by Frederick Seibert & Associates (FSA) are included.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of fifty (50) working days from the Notice to Proceed, which is estimated to be issued in early June 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Burnap Parking Lot in Hagerstown, Maryland.
