The Contractor shall have necessary manpower to meet requirements as listed within the solicitation. 1. Requirements for Contractor personnel, vehicle; and operations:1.1 The Contractor shall pickup auto parts and shop equipment from vendors located within County, and surrounding Counties if needed. 1.2 The Contractor personnel shall at all times maintain a high level of personal appearance and hygiene commensurate with the duties being performed. The County reserves the right to determine what is considered appropriate apparel. Steel toed shoes shall be required at all times. 1.3 Playing loud music that is audible from outside of the vehicle when the windows are closed is prohibited. 1.4 The Contractor shall not violate any parking regulations or laws, shall wear seat belts, and shall obey posted speed limits. Contractor shall not be reimbursed for any fines incurred in the performance of the duties of this Contract. 1.5 The Contractor shall use an enclosed, Chevy Cargo Van, or equivalent; and vehicle doors shall be secured when driver is not present. Vehicle shall be provided by the Contractor.
