HQOTTS2559 - EVERBRIDGE MASS NOTIFICATION SYSTEM for MDOT NOC - FY26 RENEWAL

Background
The Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) is seeking to renew the Everbridge Mass Notification System for the fiscal year 2026. This procurement aims to ensure continued access to critical communication tools that support the agency's mission of providing safe and efficient transportation services.

Work Details
The contract includes the provision of the following products and services:

1. COTS Software - Everbridge Subscription Renewal for FY26, including a Mass Notification Base for Transportation (Quantity: 12,000), IT Alerting Standard Resolver License (Quantity: 55), and Additional Organization licenses (Quantity: 6).

2. Installation and Training Services as required.

3. Manufacturer’s Software Maintenance, including warranty and maintenance requirements as specified in attached documentation.

Vendors must provide product specifications and are encouraged to propose based on detailed descriptions of business needs.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on September 30, 2025, and will end on September 29, 2026.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at MDOT/OTTS located at 7201 Corporate Center Dr, Hanover, MD 21076.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be registered to do business in the State of Maryland through the Department of Assessments and Taxation (SDAT). They must also be authorized resellers for Everbridge and provide a Letter of Authorization if requested.

Bids must include a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) and adhere to specific invoicing instructions outlined in the solicitation.
