Henry E. Lackey High School Pool Repairs/Renovations

Background
The Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) is seeking sealed bids from experienced and qualified Bidders to provide pool repairs, renovations, and whitecoat/plaster at Henry E. Lackey High School. The work shall be performed in accordance with the Public Aquatic Operation industry standards and as required by the current Health Regulations under the State of Maryland Health Department.

Work Details
The Vendor/Contractor is required to furnish all material, labor, equipment, transportation, insurance, materials, implements, and other resources necessary to complete the supply and delivery of the project.
The work includes pool repairs, renovations, whitecoat/plaster, repair of bean damage, replacement of pump room equipment including hair & lint strainer, motor, automatic chemical controllers & feeders, entire filtration system including necessary filters, media, and valves.
Additionally, it includes ADA compliant chair lift (S.R. Smith aXs 1000), expansion joint caulk on the deck joint seam between stainless and pool deck tiles around the perimeter of the pool which is included in Base Bid Item A-1.
The completion time for both Base Bid and Contingency Items is to be determined after a mandatory pre-bid meeting & site visit.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract will be determined based on the completion time for both Base Bid and Contingency Items.

Place of Performance
The work shall be performed at Henry E. Lackey High School.
