GDA-304-25 Expanded Learning Programs - During and Out of School Time

Background
The Board of Education of Baltimore County is inviting firms to bid on the 'EXPANDED LEARNING PROGRAMS – DURING AND OUT OF SCHOOL TIME' for Baltimore County Public Schools, Solicitation Number GDA-304-25. The solicitation document specifies that any inquiries regarding the specifications and/or the solicitation document shall be IN WRITING and submitted per the instructions in the solicitation document Part II Section 6.0 Inquiries.
Verbal questions will not be taken.

Work Details
This solicitation is being offered to select qualified individuals and firms to provide expanded learning programs to BCPS students to be delivered before, during, or after regular school hours and in alignment with the BCPS Community Schools Roadmap. The programs may include sports, college and career readiness, coding, robotics, cooking classes, engineering, writing, science, digital literacy, drama and theatre.
Services may be required year-round on an as-needed basis.
The commodity codes for this solicitation are 86000000 Education and Training Services, 90141700 Amateur and Recreational Sports, 93140000 Community and Social Services.

Period of Performance
The due date for proposal submission is August 13, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. (Eastern Time Zone).
The pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for July 24, 2024, at 11:00 A.M., via teleconference.
The proposal issued date is July 16, 2024.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Baltimore County Public Schools.
