Tractor mowing trimming and litter pickup is to be performed on all ramps and interchanges in the aforementioned areas.This Contract is not subject to the Living Wage Law Rates.This is a non-exclusive Contract. It does not include all work expected to be performed in the designated areas. Therefore, at times, other Contractors may be performing similar work that is not associated with this Contract. This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement for which award will be limited to Certified Small Business vendors. 4. Providing necessary equipment including zero-turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, string trimmers, blowers, trucks, trailers, and safety equipment as required by M.O.S.H.A.
5. Conducting litter pickup prior to mowing or trimming operations.
6. Reporting daily starting points to the Engineer and adhering to a work schedule established by MDOT SHA.
7. Ensuring all operations comply with safety standards and regulations.
Period of Performance
The contract duration is one year from the Notice to Proceed or until total payments reach the accepted bid price, whichever comes first.

The work will be performed along MD100 from Howard County Line to MD177 in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
