The Cecil County Health Department (CCHD) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a media campaign aimed at promoting behavioral health resources to reduce opioid overdoses and raise awareness of cannabis. 3. Increasing community awareness of local behavioral health treatment resources such as the Cecil Addiction Treatment Coordination Hotline (CATCH).
4. Providing information on medication-assisted treatment options like Buprenorphine for opioid use disorder.
5. Offering guidance on obtaining overdose prevention resources, including Narcan training and safe medication disposal practices.
6. Conducting evaluation strategies to measure campaign impact, including a post-campaign survey based on previous years' questions.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be significantly implemented before June 30, 2026, with the contract expiring on that date.
