Fencing Installation for Eastern Shore Hospital Center

Background
The Maryland Department of Health (MDH), Office of Contract Monitoring and Procurement is issuing this Invitation for Bids to provide fencing, fencing installation, and general construction services for the Eastern Shore Hospital Center (ESHC) located at 5262 Woods Road, Cambridge, Maryland.

ESHC is an inpatient adult psychiatric facility that provides care 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with a capacity to handle 84 persons. The goal of this contract is to enhance the security and functionality of the facility through the installation of appropriate fencing.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary tools, equipment, permits, licensing, and materials required to complete the work related to site preparation, hauling, material deliveries, installation of fencing, and provision of a warranty.

The scope includes:
- Site preparation for fencing installation
- Delivery and installation of fencing materials
- General construction services as needed
- Provision of warranty for installed fencing

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be specified in the contract but is expected to commence upon award and continue until all work is completed satisfactorily.

The work will be performed at the Eastern Shore Hospital Center located at 5262 Woods Road, Cambridge, Maryland.
