The Maryland Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is issuing this Purchase Order Request for Proposal (PORFP) under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012) Master Contract.

The contractor will provide a comprehensive Acquia software subscription that includes:
1. Acquia Cloud Platform - FedRAMP-authorized managed cloud hosting for Drupal websites, including dedicated environments and sufficient capacity for projected workloads.
2. Acquia Site Factory - A multi-site management platform for centralized website management.
3. Acquia DAM - A centralized digital asset management solution.
4. Acquia Source - AI-powered tooling for content optimization.
5. Web Accessibility Tooling - Compliance tools for Section 508 and WCAG conformance.
6. Web Governance Package - Monitoring and quality assurance tools for state websites.
7. Site Search capabilities including full-text search across content with document indexing.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to scale over two years, with Year 1 supporting up to 50 sites and Year 2 scaling to up to 100 sites.
Place of Performance
The work will be performed remotely, with specific operations conducted at the Maryland Department of Information Technology located at 100 Community Place, Crownsville, MD 21032.
