FC-712-25 Cisco HyperFlex Data Platform
Background
The Maryland Department of Information Technology is issuing this solicitation for the Cisco HyperFlex Data Platform under the PORFP number FC-712-25. The goal of this contract is to procure commercial off-the-shelf software, installation and training services, and manufacturer's software maintenance to support the Department's server and storage team. This procurement is limited to certified small business vendors as part of a Small Business Reserve Procurement.

Work Details
The contract includes the following products and services:

1. FA I – COTS Software: Renewal of Cisco HyperFlex Software for the DOIT Server and Storage Team. Specific products include:
- (35) HyperFlex Data Platform M5 Datacenter Advantage (RENEW ONLY) software maintenance renewal, Part# HXDP-M5-DC-AD-R.
- (1) Cisco Basic Support for DCM, Part# SVS-DCM-SUPT-BAS.
- (1) HX Data Platform M5 multi-year subscription for terms 13-60, Part# HXDP-M5-SW-MY.

2. FA II – Installation and Training Services: Detailed descriptions of required services and deliverables are to be provided by bidders.

3. FA III – Manufacturer's Software Warranty / Maintenance: Warranty and maintenance requirements include deliverables for the above-mentioned products with start and end dates from 04/10/2025 to 04/09/2026.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from April 10, 2025, to April 9, 2026.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the Maryland Department of Information Technology at 100 Community Place, Crownsville, MD 21032.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be certified small business vendors under the GOSBA Small Business Reserve Program. They must also be authorized resellers for Cisco products and provide a Letter of Authorization from Cisco if requested. Additionally, bidders must include a screenshot of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with their bid.
