Background
The Department of Information Technology (DOIT) is issuing this contract to procure new and unused Dell equipment to replace antiquated systems used by a special unit. This procurement is part of a Small Business Reserve (SBR) initiative, limiting eligibility to certified small business vendors under Maryland law.

Work Details
The contract involves the provision of the following products:

1. Two Dell Pro Rugged 14 (Model RB14250) laptops,
2. One Dell Latitude 7230 Rugged Extreme Tablet (SI# BMN267).

The Master Contractor must be an authorized reseller for Dell and provide a Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) sheet with the bid. Additionally, the contractor is required to furnish all agreements related to software licensing and services proposed under this contract.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period begins upon issuance of the purchase order and continues until all equipment is delivered and accepted by the agency.

Place of Performance
The equipment must be delivered to the Maryland Department of Information Technology, Attn: Eric Jensen, located at 100 Community Place, Crownsville, MD 21032.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be certified small business vendors under the GOSBA Small Business Reserve Program. They must also provide proof of authorization from Dell as a reseller and include a screenshot of the MSRP with their proposal.
