Environmental Graphics Design Project

Background

Work Details
The project involves providing environmental graphic design services as outlined in the RFP. The estimated cost for this project is $800,000. The contractor will be required to submit a transmittal letter and submission, two volume submission (technical and financial), and comply with the terms and conditions specified in the RFP.
The work will include a pre-proposal conference, site visit, and submission of proposals by the due date.
The contractor must also comply with various requirements such as Public Information Act Notice, Minority Firms participation, tax exemption, bid affidavit, discrimination prohibition, termination clause, and insurance requirements.

Period of Performance
The anticipated contract term is from May 1, 2024, to November 1, 2024.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Coppin State University located at 2500 W. North Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21216.
