- Maintaining 24/7 contact with emergency response personnel
- Conducting safety tests as per ASME codes
- Managing an Extra Work Allowance Fund for non-routine tasks up to $75,000 over five years
- Completing Service Tickets for all work performed.
Period of Performance
The contract duration is three years with no renewal options, beginning October 26, 2025.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have a minimum of five years' experience in elevator maintenance within the past seven years. They must be licensed by the Maryland Department of Labor to provide elevator installation and maintenance services. A DLLR Licensed Elevator Mechanic must be present at all times during service performance. Bidders must submit valid licenses for all mechanics assigned to perform services under this contract.
