DNR Elk Neck State Park Shelter Renovations

Background
The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is issuing this solicitation for the renovation of shelters at Elk Neck State Park. This initiative is part of their mission to enhance recreational facilities and ensure public access to natural resources. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary renovations to Pavilions 1 and 2, ensuring they meet safety and aesthetic standards for park visitors.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and insurance necessary for the project. Specific tasks include:

- Replacing existing concrete pads and sidewalks.
- Renovating Pavilion 1 and Pavilion 2 at Elk Neck State Park located at 4395 Turkey Point Rd, North East, MD 21901.

The work must adhere to the specifications outlined in the project documents including but not limited to:

- Removal of existing concrete pads and sidewalks.
- Installation of new concrete pads and sidewalks.
- Renovation work on both pavilions as per the provided design specifications.

Period of Performance
The contract duration is set for 120 calendar days from the notice to proceed.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed at Elk Neck State Park located at 4395 Turkey Point Rd, North East, MD 21901 in Cecil County.
