Background
The Division of Parole and Probation (DPP) occupies space on the 1st floor(s) of a one (1)-story structure located at 25 Industrial Park Drive Waldorf, MD 20602. The offices contain approximately 7995 net cleanable square feet. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and supplies necessary to perform the daily, weekly, twice-weekly, monthly, quarterly, tri-annual (three times a year), semi-annual, annual and as needed cleaning tasks at this Division of Parole and Probation office facility.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and supplies necessary to perform the daily, weekly, twice-weekly, monthly, quarterly, tri-annual (three times a year), semi-annual, annual and as needed cleaning tasks at the Division of Parole and Probation in strict conformance with the standards specified in these detailed specifications. This includes daily cleaning service from Monday through Friday, responsibilities and tasks, hours when work may be performed, state holidays, building closure, emergency conditions, contractor/on-site supervisor requirements,
contractor’s employees or subcontractors details,
supplies furnished by the contractor,
services to be supplied by the State,
work excluded from this contract,
supplies,
materials,
equipment and utilities details.
